Once the order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so customers can monitor their shipment status.
If there are delivery delays caused by the courier service, we will assist customers in following up on the shipment, but we are not responsible for such delays.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address or the recipient being unavailable, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
